SciQ is a corpus of 13.7K multiple-choice science questions. Each question is associated with three incorrect answers, a correct answer, and supporting text. The questions were crowdsourced and cover topics on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

This dataset is useful for studying LLMs' scientific reasoning capabilities and developing AI tutors.
